Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact me at artoviabyella@gmail.com

Please note that all items are handmade. As such, slight variations may occur, and normal wear and tear over time, depending on use, may cause loosening or unraveling of the yarn. This type of natural wear is not considered a defect after 14 days. 

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
